Cancellation Policy

To maintain a professional and respectful experience for all clients and participants, we ask that you review and adhere to the following policy regarding appointments and scheduling for strategic leadership sessions. 1. Scheduling Appointments Appointments for strategic leadership consultations, coaching, or planning sessions must be scheduled in advance. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email or calendar invite. 2. Cancellation & No-Show Fee A $25.00 cancellation/no-show fee will apply for any appointments canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice or for failure to attend a scheduled session. This helps us respect the time of both our facilitators and other clients. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients are allowed to reschedule an individual appointment once (1). A maximum of four (4) total reschedules per strategic leadership engagement/project is permitted. Beyond this limit, a new booking and payment may be required. 4. No Refunds All payments for leadership sessions are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to honor their scheduled time to maximize their investment. 5. Incomplete Engagements If a leadership project or engagement remains incomplete due to client inaction or lack of communication for 30 consecutive days, the engagement will be marked as completed and the project will be closed. This ensures that our team can serve all clients efficiently and respectfully. 6. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies can arise. Please communicate as early as possible in such cases.
