Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / No-Show Fee A $25.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made without at least 24 hours' prior notice. 2. No Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Please be certain of your commitment before scheduling or booking services. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients are allowed to reschedule an individual appointment once (1). A maximum of four (4) total reschedules per project is allowed. Exceeding this limit may require a new booking and payment. 4. Incomplete Projects We understand that life happens. Suppose there is no communication for 30 consecutive days, and the project remains incomplete due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. In that case, it will be considered completed, and the file will be closed.
